Where do I put the recipient's address where the package should be delivered?

On the checkout screen, enter the recipient's address in the SHIPPING ADDRESS area.  Your address goes in the BILLING ADDRESS area.  All packages will be delivered using the SHIPPING ADDRESS you enter on that screen.

Can I send this to someone pretending to be someone else?

Absolutely not.  Our Terms and Conditions page explains what is acceptable and not acceptable.  It is never ok to impersonate someone else.

Can I get a refund if the package doesn't arrive?

Absolutely.  Naturally, we want you to be happy and want your prank to go off without a hitch.  There is a process 30-day process while we investigate the location of the package and try to resolve the delivery.  If for some reason we cannot get it resolved for you, we will absolutely refund your purchase.

How will I know the package was delivered?

All our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  You can log into your MAILADICK.COM account and check the tracking information of the package.  You will be able to see when it was delivered and who signed for it.  We cannot take responsibility for packages that were refused by the recipient.  Sometimes people do not accept packages and unfortunately we have no control over that.  If that occurs, we will process a refund for you.

Can any of these orders be traced back to me?

We take your confidentiality very seriously.  We do not share your information with unrelated third parties.  You can view our Privacy Policy for more information about this.  All orders are sent anonymously and will not be tied to you, your name, or your email address.

How does pricing for shipping work?

Shipping within the 50 states are always free.  Orders containing only one item are included and free.  Orders with multiple items going to the same recipient will generate an additional cost.  You will see the exact amount on the checkout page.  International shipping will generate an additional cost.  You will see the exact amount on the checkout page.

Can I customize the message to the recipient?

Absolutely!  That's the best part of our service.  You can customize your message so that the person getting the prank gift knows exactly why they're being pranked.  No threatening or inappropriate language is allowed.  Orders with such language will be sent without the message.  Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

We process all orders in about 24 hours.  After that, typically packages sent within the 50 states will arrive within 2-4 business days (after the 24 hour order processing period).  International packages will take much longer and may be subject to customs; we cannot be responsible for packages that are seized by customs.
